Rafnia user guide

Learn Rafnia account setup, listings, service requests, conversations and completion, with guidance for individuals, providers, companies and operators.

Follow these steps to use your account, listings and service requests on Rafnia with clarity.

Start with your account and profile

  1. Sign in with your email and enter the sign-in code only on the Rafnia page where you requested it.
  2. After signing in, open your profile and complete the details needed for your experience before publishing content or following a request.

Post or browse in market and housing

  1. An individual can create a for-sale, wanted or housing listing, then review its information before submitting it for review.
  2. Use the precise city, category and description when browsing or posting, and keep your listing separate from a service request.

Work as a service provider

  1. A provider reviews service requests in their specialty, then submits suitable quotes and follows up on their work within Rafnia.
  2. The provider workspace is for quotes and follow-up; it does not include a “Request a service” button.

Organize the company workspace

  1. Company membership and permissions to access its profile are managed within its workspace according to the membership granted.
  2. A company follows request summaries that their owners link to it; linking a request remains the owner’s choice.

Complete the service-request cycle

  1. The beneficiary creates the request, the provider submits a quote, and the beneficiary approves the suitable quote while the conversation stays within Rafnia.
  2. Follow the work, then close the request or raise a dispute when needed, and rate the experience after closure based on what was completed.

Understand the directory and viewing limits

  1. The directory shows only a provider’s name, specialty and logo; it does not show private details.
  2. An operator views information according to their role. Only the Rafnia owner can view other people’s full profiles, and ownership alone does not open their conversations.

Distinguish identity from role

  1. A company or institution is an entity identity, while a service provider may be an individual, company or institution.
  2. Choosing a sign-in entry does not grant new permissions or automatically create a provider. Company and provider workspaces follow the approved membership and role.

Know the scope of services and plans

  1. Choose from the platform’s available coverage cities and categories. Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals.
  2. Market listings are for sale or wanted items. Services use requests, quotes and follow-up. Paid plans are disabled, and price feedback does not create a subscription or payment.

Use task terms and support safely

  1. Tasks use the fixed terms “New to the country” and “Leaving the country now” for the arrival and departure plans.
  2. Contact official support when needed, and never send a one-time sign-in code or card details to anyone.
